This is my wedding ring. Sadly, it spends the day in my jewelery box. For some reason, it still doesn't fit on my finger. After Ethan and Hannah, I didn't have this problem, AND I was 10lbs heavier with them then I am now. So maybe I need a good finger workout.
I have always loved my ring. I love the symbolic meaning of it, and I love the way it looks. It was not what I had expected when Brian proposed, but he did an amazing job at picking it out.
Do you welcome tips? I don't want to sound like a know-it-all bc I know squat BUT what I would've done was first, turn off the flash. That'll get rid of the shadow, and find a nice, bright, shiny spot near a window, or even outside to really make those diamonds shine. Next, up your aperture setting (to make it smaller- aperture works backwards), so that the diamonds on the sides of the band are in focus, too. They're too pretty to be left out!! And, finally.. Picmonkey has a great tool (that's still free), easy to use with grid lines to straighten the subjects in photos. The horizontal lines from the jewelry box would be a cinch to straighten. I rely on it for almost every photo. I love, love, LOVE your photos. You really work magic with your camera. It's amazing.
